We are looking for a highly skilledHuman Resources & Recruitment Assistant Managerto oversee Human Resource functions, recruitment, and payroll processing.
This individual should be proactive, experienced, and keenly aware of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant and effective as the company grows.Job Summary:
TheHuman Resources & Recruitment Assistant Managerwill lead the end-to-end recruitment process, manage employee relations, ensure HR compliance, and handle payroll processing.
This role requires an independent self-starter with the initiative to stay updated on employment law changes and drive HR initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while supporting HR operations and fostering a positive company culture.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, hiring, and onboarding.Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with business objectives.Build relationships with external agencies and talent sources to ensure a strong talent pipeline.HR Operations & Legal Compliance:Stay updated on changes to employment laws, labour regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's HR policies and practices remain compliant.Advise management on HR compliance issues related to workplace safety, employee rights, labour laws, and employee relations.Review and update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies to ensure legal and organizational alignment.Address any employee relations issues while ensuring company policies and legal regulations are followed.Employee Relations & Performance Management:Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR matters, providing guidance and support for any concerns.Manage performance reviews and ensure alignment with company goals.Support managers with coaching and training on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.Strategic HR Initiatives:Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and productivity.Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals.Payroll Processing:Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related tasks.Manage payroll data and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timely distribution.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and RecruitmentDeep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, and the ability to stay informed about legal changes.Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Your application will include the following questions:What's your expected monthly basic salary?Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a Recruitment and Human Resources Officer?How many years' experience do you have in Human Resources (HR)?#J-18808-Ljbffr
