We are seeking an experienced and dynamicHR Specialistto joinKARLS Group , a growing hospitality group that operates multiple F&B brands, includingSkillet KL, Beta KL, Supernormal, Upper House , and others.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring the group attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all F&B brands within the group.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Build relationships with culinary schools, universities, and other talent pipelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
Foster a positive work culture aligned with KARLS Group's values and vision.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
Manage contracts, payroll, benefits, and performance appraisals.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for employees.
Design leadership development programs to support career progression.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process and support managers in providing constructive feedback.
Develop KPIs and track team and individual performance metrics.
Implement strategies to improve team productivity and morale.
HR Systems & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR software effectively.
Generate HR analytics and reports to inform decision-making.
Monitor trends in turnover, engagement, and recruitment to propose solutions.
