Since 2024, Golden Tougen has been the exclusive representative for Zhou Liu Fu.
It intends to open many jewelry retail locations in Malaysia over the next five years.

Job Descriptions:
Implement and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment & interview, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare & relations, HR policy & procedures.
Manage payroll processing; allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, yearly EA form, filling of Form E and others.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Responsible for all HR documentation and administration such as employment contracts, transfers, personnel documents, medical records, attendance & leave records, etc.
Responsible for preparing internal & external HR audits.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including office administrative maintenance.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the company.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, rules, and regulations.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as HR Manager.
Must be familiar with Malaysia labor law.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
