Position:ICT Technician
Status:Contract 6 months under PERSOLKELLY (Renewable upon client request only)
Working days:Monday to Friday
Working Time:9am - 6pm
Benefits:contributions and entitlement as per Employment Act, transport provided from Bandar Penawar to Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC).
Requirements
At least 3 years relevant experience in Hardware and Software
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Have proper knowledge in desktop and server management, maintenance and support.
Experience in cabling and networking (LAN and WIFI).
Have knowledge in ICT Standard such as ISO 27001, ITIL, Service Management.
Job Scope
Provide technical assistance and support related to ICT Services (Hardware, Software & Application)
Provide technical assistance offsite and onsite support to the SPTS's user related to ICT infrastructure
Provide First level technical support for Business Critical and Back-office application such as Terminal Operation System (TOS), Office 365.
