IMMEDIATE HIRING - Customer Service Representative (Accept Fresh & Exp)Add expected salary to your profile for insights.
Assist customers based on their inquiries regarding the products, services or promotions.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Supervisors.
Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM ) holder with at leastone (1) yearof working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ( Diploma and Above ).
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia ( Verbal and Written ).
Have good communication skills, customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
