Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team asCall Center Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Working hours:5 days/week, 9 hours/day
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over thephone, email or via chatrelating to renowned products.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a high school certificate ( SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree, etc ).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills inboth English & Mandarin(Cantonese will be added value!)
Preferably someone with at least1 yearof Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Able to work on rotational shifts, if needed.
