In this position, you'll be required to:
Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
Exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements
To excel in this role, you'll require:
Able to converse fluently usingMandarinandEnglish
Able to read & writeTraditional Mandarin
Education:SPM , UEC, O-level or above

It would be fantastic if you possess:
Six months or more of customer service experience
