Job Description: Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparationPrepares full set of shipping documentations such as packing lists, invoice and certificate of originTo coordinate with production/warehouse teams for shipment preparationMonitor shipments' departure and arrivalDeclare and apply custom permit related documentsCoordinating Shipment and Delivery ordersLiaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangementsLiaise with customer/suppliers on shipment of ordersFollow-up and advise customers on shipment statusAble to resolve customer complaints in professional mannerUnderstand the different tax and duties when shipping to different countriesBe able to advise Sales/Purchasing Department on estimated shipping cost that might be incurred on a particular shipmentPerform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and every Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Requirements: Diploma or Degree holders, preferably and specialized in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalentAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related fieldWorking experience in shipping, supply chain or logistics will be an added advantageWork independently and able to work in a fast pace environmentTeam player and dynamic, ability to multi-taskGood communication and organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications
