ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and develop reporting and analytics solutions.
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL framework.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular model).
Experience in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.
Expertise in building data visualizations with a strong understanding of the chart types in the data for unstructured and structured data sets.
Minimum 2 years of BI Analytics development experience (with a primary focus on Microsoft).
Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query).
Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and design model.
Strong understanding of SQL, T-SQL, MDX, DAX or similar database programming technologies.
Advanced DAX calculations and SSAS cubes.
Data Modeling, Analysis, Design, Testing, Development, and Implementation.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Able to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidance.
Team Handling, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
Advanced Excel, Office scripts, Macros are a bonus.
Proficient in BI (Power BI, Power Query, DAX).
Excellent in visualizations and the ability to produce meaningful insights in the data.
Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of SQL Server.
Proficient in advanced Excel features.
Expert in developing new Power BI dashboards and modifying existing Power BI dashboards.
Must have the ability to create meaningful dashboards on Power BI.
Performing ad-hoc reporting to support the business and help in data-driven decision making.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Must be willing to work independently and be an excellent team player.
Must be willing to support systems after regular work hours.
Must be willing to collaborate with the global team and work with the teams in America PST, Malaysia.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships within a dynamic team environment and utilize leadership skills in finding resolutions.
