Add expected salary to your profile for insights.First point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback.Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.Assisting customers with their enquiries and addressing issues regarding products and services.Providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.Ensuring customer satisfaction and that problems are solved.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service role will be an added advantage.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for the customers' needs.Comfortable with shift working hours.Contract employment.Able to join immediately.
