Job DescriptionContact and communicate effectively with customers to discuss delinquent accounts and payment options.Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.Maintain professionalism and relationships with customers.Manage to achieve daily/weekly/monthly productivity standards (i.e., call attempts, amount collected).Maintain accurate records of all interactions and collection activities.Comply with all relevant banking regulations and ethical collection practices.Able to take on additional tasks when assigned by management.Ensure adherence & compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulators' requirements.Follow the instructions related to the purpose of generating Collection results.QualificationsAt least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.OrSPM qualification and 3 years of relevant experience in a customer contact centre.RequirementsMin 1-year experience in a similar environment is preferred.Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving skills.Able to speak and write in English / Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
