Job Descriptions:
1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customer, shipper and station in a safe, timely
manner.
2. Verify customer details match with the actual address in the driver apps before and during
delivery to ensure that addresses are within the coverage area.
3. Driver/rider shall ensure the following conditions are met before driver/rider leaves for delivery:
a. Irregularities or discrepancies of the parcels.
b. The packaging condition of all parcels is in acceptable condition.
c. Ensure all parcels are secured with AWB.
d. The number of parcels in driver apps is tallied with the number of
physical parcels.
e. Parcel is under driver/rider's coverage area and route.
4. Driver/Rider shall inform and handover the parcel to the Station's staff if there is any parcel
discrepancies.
5. Collect cash on delivery (COD) money from customer and ensure that the COD collected tally
with the driver app if applicable.
6. Hand over COD money collected from customers to the SH/FA on daily basis.
7. Call customer before failing the delivery.
8. Well manner with customer.
9. Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
10. Adhere to the POD requirements.
11. Abiding all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
12. Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
13. Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
14. Any other task instructed by superior
Requirements: Age from above 18 years old.SPM Qualification and above.No experience required.Possess own vehicle (motorcycle/car).Valid driver's/rider's license and valid GDL if driving company's vehicle.Clean driving record.No criminal record.Possess good and customer oriented attitudes.
