Warehouse Manager

Job Title : Warehouse Manager Responsibilities  To manage and plan warehouse operationsTo provide and implement necessary SOPs for warehouse operations from time to timeTo ensure the count accuracy of goods invcentory received and issuance is maintained at all times through work discipline, cycle audit and stock takeTo monitor stock level, consignment & expired products and keeping stock control systems up to dateConduct yearly and periodic inventory count to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity in warehouse To ensure the shipment delivery is on track and according to the planned scheduleManage and review department's performance based on quality, delivery performance, cost and allocationDrive process improvement and method to increase overall warehouse efficiencyMaintain high level of housekpeeing and safety practicesTo lead, supervise and develop a team of competent warehouse staff in executing their job functionsTo oversee security and operation of warehouse involving incoming and outgoing goodsTo plan and ensure the optimal utilization of warehouse storage spaceTo ensure all corrective action taken are carried out based on CAR's raisedTo perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior Requirements Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Warehouse Management or equivalentAt least 5 years of working experience in warehouse management and experience in supervising staffGood knowledge in inventory managementStrong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication skillsGood working knowledge of 5S, Lean and KaizenLanguage required : Malay and English. Able to speak in Mandarin language would be advantage
