Job DescriptionOverall KPI and target tracking and reporting, e.g. competition share, contract coverage.
Escalation management within the responsible area.
Implementation of global- and categorical- sourcing strategies and supplier management.
Implementation of global- and regional- management strategies and KPIs.
Develop the regional material field strategy to support global strategy.
Internal customer management, particularly early involvement.
Ensure the team follows purchasing processes, signature rules, and compliance requirements.
Contract management for the responsible area.
Supplier Relationship Management for the responsible area (including KPIs, audits).
QualificationsExperience with indirect purchasing, cost analysis, supplier development, and supply chain optimization.
Proficient in purchasing IT tools and SAP.
Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities (internal and external).
Familiarity with contract law, compliance, and advanced procurement tools.
Market research expertise, with a preference for a manufacturing/engineering background.
Fluent in English (negotiation level); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and assertiveness skills.
Intercultural competence and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
