The goal of the role of the Kick-ass Indoor Sales Coordinator is to coordinate sales that have been closed by the sales executives in the team.
This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate quotes, invoices, and delivery orders, and provide sales coordination and support.
Coordinating delivery and installation (if needed) of products with our operations team.
Coordinate with our outstation agents to manage job orders.
Provide sales coordination and support, including follow-ups and addressing customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
Oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date records.
Job Requirements1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth sales processes.
About the JobSalary Range:RM2.5k - RM4k depending on experience
