Responsibilities1. Proactively contact assigned customers and develop sales opportunities for existing and new products.
2. Answer product/service-related questions as appropriate and initiate orders in accordance with established procedures.
3. Establish good rapport with various Lapp & PXC organizations and liaise with them on customers' needs.
4. Work with the Marketing Executive on sales plans and product seminars from time to time.
5. Establish healthy customer relations via CRM & provide efficient and effective service/support to maintain customers' confidence in the products offered by the Company.
6. Prepare product costing and work out quotations for customers.
7. Attend to customers' complaints and inquiries with professionalism and integrity.
8. Submit periodic sales reports and activities plan with the most updated order closing date, and report problems encountered regularly.
9. Update the Business Support Manager on all activities concerning customers.
10. Gather market information to keep the Company updated on competitors' movements and the Company's position in the market.
11. Be conscious of customers' needs, market trends, and competitors' products.
12. Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork within the indoor sales team.
13. Learn, update, and consistently demonstrate the core competencies required for the job.
14. Responsible for complying with the Group's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.
Required QualificationsQualification:Diploma in Business Administration.
Experience:Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
