ResponsibilitiesContact and send marketing emails to in-house local clients and new local clients to promote and offer our company services.
Handle seafreight/airfreight, logistics, and end-to-end delivery services and rates inquiries received from local clients.
Search and propose suitable sailing schedules, rates, or logistics solutions to local clients for their inquiries in a timely manner to secure the business for our company.
Monitor and ensure new bookings/businesses received from local clients are processed by the customer service team in a timely manner and provide support when necessary.
Comply with company directions, policies, and SOPs.
Handle any task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time.
RequirementsNo experience will be considered, and training will be provided.
Able to speak and write in English.
Preferably with Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts from China.
