Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or digital media.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in business development, client relationship management and servicing, creating Joint Business Partnerships, strategic advisory and consultative selling.
Experience using Google and YouTube advertising solutions, and understanding of marketing (digital and traditional).
Ability to use creative approaches/problem-solving thinking to prove solutions through insights and data.
Excellent tactical and problem-solving sales approach with a focus on building relationships.
Excellent collaborative and cross-functional skills, ability to mentor Account Managers and work towards goals in a fluid environment.
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills to manage C-level and B-level relationships.

In this role, you will build relationships with leading advertisers in Malaysia and provide them with integrated, cross-platform advertising solutions to transform the success, identify the business issues, and collaboratively shape solutions that drive the tactical initiatives, demonstrating how Google products can enhance online presence and business results.
With your expertise in the respective vertical, you will be responsible for setting vertical and industry level long-term strategy.
Responsibilities:Build and own relationships with mid-level and C-level contacts across your portfolio to understand the business objectives/issues.
Work with clients, agencies, and the industry to identify partnership opportunities and advocate Google as a business partner.
Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, solve client issues, and directly influence budget planning.
Grow our engagement through Joint Business Partnerships and commercial agreements with our most tactical advertisers.
Own business plans and strategy for customers in your portfolio, with a focus on future-quarter business pipelining.
Drive adoption of digital as a media channel.
Advocate for digital across the industry, develop business plans and growth strategy for a book of business.
Act as thought leader at industry sector conferences/seminars, and lead individual vertical/pod projects.
Provide advice to team members, coach them on business planning/development.
