As the Influencers and Affiliate Manager at Nolan Interior, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships strategy. You'll identify and build relationships with influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and tone of voice, manage campaigns from start to finish, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement and growth.

; Requirements:- What You'll Do:
-Identify and build strategic relationships with influencers that align with brand value and tone of voice efficiently and effectively
-Manage, oversee, and execute influencer gifting, seeding, and paid content creator initiatives, supporting all brand channels
-This role will manage a small overseas team of coordinators to support the execution of department goals. Responsibilities include providing direction, support, and leadership to the team members, and aligning their efforts with the overall objectives of the influencer department
-Act as the liaison between the ads and social teams to secure monthly content creators for a consistent and strategic flow of content for upcoming launches and other content needs
-Execute dynamic influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
-Negotiate and manage revenue-generating, customer acquisition-oriented influencer partnerships
-Manage the execution of influencer marketing deals from start to finish, including email communication, content approvals, and content monitoring
-Compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements with Management
-Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights, and future recommendations with the Management on an ongoing basis
-Help develop and implement creative strategies and tactics to get content produced that drives traffic and results
-Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, new product launches, growth initiatives, events, and more
-Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer and community trends and tools
-Other duties as assigned
About You:
-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or a related field
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns and affiliate partnerships
-Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and secure partnerships that drive measurable results
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
-Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-informed decisions
-Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative strategies and tactics that drive engagement and conversions
-Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and tools
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
