Information Technology & Innovation (It@&I) Executive

Job Role Summary: - Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives. Manage and optimize IT systems, networks, and services. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and solutions. Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and applications. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Expected Level of Proficiency: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT management or a similar role (5+ years preferred). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good experience in the service industry will be beneficial.
