Key Accountabilities
Perform Technology and Cyber Risk Reviews Assessment (including risk impact, system criticality, cloud etc) on Technology projects and provide support to stakeholders on related risks and mitigation.
This can include new digital initiatives, adoption of new emerging technologies in LTAT.
Perform Independent review of IT Risk & Control Self-Assessment, identify key technology risks and track the mitigation action plans progress.
This includes testing of controls identified in Corporate Risk Scorecard and Departmental Risk Scorecard (DRS).
Oversight over the investigation to identify the root cause of technology/cyber incidents issues.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely dashboard reporting to Risk Compliance and Management Committee and Risk Board on IT and Cyber Risk related matters.
Annual review of Risk Management Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with LTAT Policies or other regulations.
Review and challenge responses on Technology related matters for outsourcing activities application, including new outsourcing arrangements and renewal.
Assist to establish data quality standards and develop KRIs for measuring and monitoring data risk.
Assist in the implementation BCM initiatives which include coordination of risk assessments, business impact analysis (BIA), BCP/DRP tests, training, reporting, and maintenance of BCM policies and manual.
Requirements
Degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related areas.
Minimum 5 years of experience/exposure in Technology and Cyber Risk Management.
Professional IT Security certification such as CISSP, ITIL, COBIT or similar will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of Risk Management Methodology.
