Innomotics - Treasury Junior Specialist – Asean +

Located either inMalaysia, Indonesia,
Thailand, Vietnam, Singaporeand is organizationally part of the local
ASEAN FIN organization with reporting line to the Head of Treasury ASEAN + (virtual
part of the Global Treasury community) and ASEAN CFO.

Countries of Scope
Supporting the Head of Treasury
ASEAN + and ASEAN CFO for the Finance and Treasury operational activities for
the ASEAN countries as well as Korea, Taiwan and Australia
Special task for ASEAN CFO
where required

Organizational Development
Establishing, developing and
managing the global governance and IT infrastructure for treasury, pensions and
insurance.
Managing guidelines and rules
for the group in alignment with global TRE and local CFO
Structuring the group's finance
and treasury processes in alignment with global TRE and local CFO

Cash Management
Executing of internal and
external payments for the whole group for assigned region
Short-term liquidity
forecasting and clearing of bank accounts within scope of responsibility
Managing bank relationships, bank
accounts and bank fees for all banks
Observing regulatory and legal
changes with respect to cash management

Corporate Finance

Risk Management
Using uniform basis for price
calculations and budgeting

Pensions and Insurance
Identifying risk exposures
which require insurance cover
Designing strategic asset
allocation
Provision of pension plan data
Performance and risk
controlling

Finance
Support the local CFO and
Finance team on special tasks where required.
Support local LE with carve in
and carve out activities and budgeting / forecasting in related areas

Administration
