Position Responsibilities
-Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable facilities management solutions
-Lead innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all locations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into facilities management
-Optimize resource allocation and sustainability practices
-Ability to manage overall outlets maintenance issue in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised
-To handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, walls and floor tiles maintenance etc
-Ability to manage Servedeck, maintenance and IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously.
-Ability to manage and monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.
-Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timeline.
-To coordinate with external or panel contractors from time to time on the warranty issue and maintenance issue.
-To manage and supervise companywide machineries and security is up to standard and protected

; Requirements:- Qualification and Experiences
-A Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/ Building Services/ Computer Science or any related disciplines or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years working experience in Facilities Management or in Information Technology/ Computer Science. Experience in dealing with contractors will be added advantages.
-Proven track record of implementing innovative facilities management solutions
-Ability to manage several urgent cases simultaneously.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with emerging technologies in facilities management
-Ability to think creatively and challenge traditional approaches
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
