Inside Sales Co-Ordinator

Order Processing and Data Entry: Input orders and maintain customer delivery dates in the system. Delivery Coordination: Follow up on delivery due dates with the Purchasing Team. Coordinate orders and deliveries between the warehouse and clients. Payment Handling: Collaborate with the Credit Team on PI payments and address customer payment delays. RMA Management: Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issues with customers. Sales Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team. Customer Service: Manage post-sales follow-ups and customer inquiries. Service existing and new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Target Achievement: Aim to achieve sales and business targets. Quarterly Reviews: Conduct quarterly excess reviews with customers.
