Overview

We are looking for a driven, competitive, and motivated individual to join as an Inside Sales Consultant in McGraw Hill Malaysia.
This is a regional role covering Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau.
What is this about? The Inside Sales Consultant must have strong organization, communication and listening skills. In this role, you will contact academics at Higher Education institutes daily, via phone, email and through marketing campaigns. The goal is to introduce academics to the most innovative teaching platforms that will help them deliver the most engaging units of study.
Candidates who have strong command of language would be an added advantage (English, Bahasa, Mandarin & Cantonese)
Your contribution to the team includes: Leverage sales tools to scale customer outreach via email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. Complete campus planning (identifying courses, decision makers, enrollments, and text-in-use information) for targeted course markets at assigned accounts list Strategically manage sales opportunities through the pipeline Track sales progress using SFDC and a commitment to data integrity daily so that you can plan each day, prioritize your pipeline, and maximize your revenue during sales campaigns Represent McGraw Hill with an assigned account list Create value and grow revenue by analyzing and addressing customer needs (student, professor, channel, and educational institution) to maximize revenue during key text purchasing seasons Make effective sales presentations and product demonstrations using tools to engage with customers virtually Drive McGraw Hill's digital solutions to address customer needs where applicable Support and collaborate with sales team to maximize overall sales revenue Contribute to regular field reports and forecasting information to your Manager What can you bring to the role?
