Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote centralized operational services for overseas business units, primarily focusing on channel sales and internal order processes. 
2. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of project POs (Purchase Orders).
3. Interface with frontline personnel in overseas regions and channel partners in covered countries, quickly responding to project inquiries and providing configuration outputs for products/ components/ parameters.
4. Be familiar with and manage the internal order activation process, follow up on contract/ PO review progress, and follow up feedback from reviewers in various professional lines.
5. Proactively engage in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, work closely with supply chain and R&D teams, and deliver optimal configuration solutions based on business preferences and supply capabilities.
Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in any IT/ others.Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in project management, order management, or product configuration, with preference for IT industry-related experience.Recent graduates with an IT background are encouraged to apply.Strong learning ability.Ability to work in a fast pace environment, under pressure and meet tight deadline.Ability to speak and write fluently in Chinese, English, and Malay.
