Key Responsibilities: Sales & Relationship Management: Maintain and grow sales by preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. Ensure accurate, timely fulfillment to meet customer needs and maintain satisfaction.Customer Updates & Support: Monitor order statuses, provide regular updates to customers, and promptly handle any inquiries or issues to ensure a positive customer experience.Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation to track performance and support strategic planning. Key Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.At least 1 or 2 years in sales, inside sales, or account management is preferred.Proactive & willing to learn attitudeCustomer-oriented, results-focused and possess good communication skills.Candidates fluent in English & Mandarin languages (candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).Detail-oriented with experience in processing orders, managing documentation, and following up on sales opportunities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems to support sales tracking and reporting.
