OUR CLIENT  Operating in over 15 countries our client is a highly driven business in adding value across multiple industry verticals. They have emerged as a leading name in propelling the current wave of digital transformation initiatives, with deep domain expertise across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Government sectors to drive digital transformation, driven by several emerging technologies, be it Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-code Development, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Inside sales representative for customer and channel partner Generate new sales leads through inbound/outbound cold calls, email marketing and any social digital media tools  Understand customer needs and requirement related to Cloud and Cyber Security. Work with Direct Sales or Channel Partner on the qualified leads for further account development till closure. Meet the sales target assigned by reporting manager.   Conduct target industrial customer research, identify key customer contact and create activities for customer interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned country or territory. Recruit new channel partners to expand the coverage, building a new pipeline and close deal. Arrange effective online demos to prospects customer for solution selling as well as channel partner for sales and technical enablement. JOB REQUIRMENTS  5 - 7 years of experience in Inside Sales, experience in handling Cloud and Cyber Security market is an advantage.   Excellent in verbal phone communication using English or Bahasa Malaysia to communicate and capable to handle 20-30 calls per day. Excellent knowledge in email campaign or marketing to generate leads and capable to convert in actual sales. Strong listening skills to capture the customer requirement. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience in handling the APAC countries e.g. Malaysia, Singapore Graduated in Information Security, Computer Science or other equivalents.
