Job Description | Your role will involve: Product & Service Marketing: Promoting our range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.Customer Development: Developing new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.Business Opportunity Identification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from both existing and new customers.Account Management: Aggressively reviewing account activities to uncover new business or upselling opportunities.Quotation & Order Management: Preparing and handling quotation requests, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.Sales Opportunities Development: Researching and identifying potential accounts to develop sales opportunities.Cold Calling: Initiating contact with prospective customers through cold calls.Follow-Up & Sales Cycle Management: Conducting follow-up meetings with customers and managing the entire sales cycle.Quota Responsibility: Managing accounts with a sales quota.Ad-Hoc Duties: Performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.Qualification & Experiences | About you Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the ICT sector.Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.Experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales is an added advantage.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficient in researching and identifying potential sales opportunities.Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good telephone etiquette.Results-oriented and customer-focused.Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
