• Drive monthly/quarterly and Yearly sales, front end margin and GP.
* Drive the online business, run rate, promotion and program.
* Activate dormant accounts and improve share of wallet of the partners
assign to him/her
• Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and
demonstrable specialist product knowledge
• Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
• Daily cold calling 1 to 2 hours to assigned customers to generate new
business opportunities, promote our program and products
• Build accurate and timely quotations to customers
* Process and handling customer orders, arrange delivery with logistic team
• Prepare monthly customer sales reports, Daily cold calling report.
• Manage backorder and update the status of report by weekly.
• Maintain, provide and update accurate information to Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system
• Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with customers are satisfactory
• Include any jobscope related with sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Diploma and above
* With or without relevant experience in IT industry. Good with indoor sales
experience
* Prepare quotation, order entry, customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of relevant products would be desirable but not essential
• IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good understanding of sales processes
