As an Insolvency Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the management of insolvency cases, helping businesses and individuals in financial distress.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Cases:Assist in handling insolvency cases, ensuring all steps are taken in line with legal requirements and timelines.
Asset Management:Help identify, value, and sell assets to maximize recovery for creditors.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:Be the point of contact for clients, creditors, and other involved parties, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
Compliance:Ensure all insolvency processes meet legal and regulatory standards, including preparing necessary documents and filings.
Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports related to insolvency cases.
Restructuring Support:Help advise businesses on options for restructuring and negotiate with creditors.What We're Looking For
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A strong team-player, analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
