1. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER (SHAH ALAM)
To handle all conveyancing matters, including but not limited to sub-sales properties, loan documentations and auction files from beginning until the end.
Draft and review correspondences, legal instruments and documents for banks and other third parties.
Advise clients on the buying or selling process, addressing legal issues, financial concerns, and contract details.
Liaise with clients, including banks and government authorities.
Attend client meetings and assist with the signing of documents as needed.
Other tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.
2. CONVEYANCING CLERK (SHAH ALAM)
With minimum 1 year experience.
To handle legal documentation in matters of sub-sales, loan (consumer and company loan), auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters from the initial stage until completion stage independently.
To update file status at banks online portals.
To prepare status report, quotation and drafting correspondences.
To assist in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so.
To complete assigned work in strict deadline.
Familiar with sub-sale and loan documentations and able to open new file.
Able to attend to status reports and update file status.
Able to contact client and set an appointment with them.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER (SHAH ALAM)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
Minimum 1 year experience.
Candidate who has completed Pupillage is encouraged to apply.
Able to handle SPA, auction, loan documentation and other conveyancing works.
Good communication and drafting skills on SPA.
Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
Able to work as a team and proactive.
Able to work under pressure.
2. CONVEYANCING CLERK (SHAH ALAM)
Must have at least one (1) year experience in handling all conveyancing matters (sub-sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc)
Must possess at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM.
Good working attitude, diligent & hardworking.
Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
Able to attend to status reports and updating file status.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Possess own transport.
