Qualifications:
Associate - Ops
Freshers are welcome to apply
No experience required
Sr. Associate - Ops
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, or specific experience in Insurance or Finance Industry
Additional Qualifications:
Willing to work onsite (KL Sentral)
Candidate must be willing to work in office on a daily basis
Must be amenable to work on a 9AM to 6PM work schedule
Language requirement defers on the hiring account - but preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
