Interior Designer

Job Description: Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for remodel / ground up / conversion that meet brand DNAs, business objectives and project requirementsTranslate the concept design into detailed interior design plan, namely schematic design, construction documents and detailed drawing with specificationsOversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherenceConduct site inspection to ensure design is compiled according to approved plan and high quality standardsAble to mitigate potential delays and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project lifecycleSupport maintenance and repair work for assigned areasManage project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout the project Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate or better pricing without compromising project quality Coordinate with related departments, contractors, vendors, consultants, mall management and landlord on assigned projects, keep things moving forward efficiently and productively Job Requirements:  Candidate must possess at least Degree in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in interior design and related areas of project management Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software and Microsoft Office Exposure in retail industry will be an advantage
