What You'll Do:
Create detailed design and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other divisions to meet project requirements.
Develop construction details aligned with the design intent and budget.
Conduct site surveys and research materials for specific projects.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry standards.
Supervise team deliverables, schedules, and administrative tasks.
Assist in any other duties assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
5–8 years of technical drawing experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; Revit knowledge is a bonus.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of building codes and regulatory standards.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive for self-improvement.
