Ambu A/S is looking for aninternfor ourFinancial Shared Servicedepartment.
This position will be attached to theAccounts Payableteam and is able to commence from February 2025.
The minimum duration of internship is 3 months; however, priority will be given to those who can join for a longer period of time.

As part of our team, you will be:
Validate invoice details, ensure accuracy, and assign appropriate coding.
Monitor and verify the payment to supplier.
Provide global support to employees in Accounts Payable.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant professionals and authorities.
Posting of accrual for unapproved supplier invoices during month-end closing.
Develop and enhance company-related financial processes.
Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any Accounting or Finance course.
Minimum duration of 3 months.
Preference will be given to candidates who can commence their internship in early February 2025.
Demonstrate ability to adapt to new tasks, technologies, and methodologies with a quick learning curve.
Demonstrate basic interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with the ability to work towards tight deadlines, self-driven, and with a can-do attitude.
Computer literate - good in Microsoft Office tools.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
