Responsibilities
Admin Intern
-Assist with the day-to-day operations.
-Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
-Assist in scheduling appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
-Assist in preparing meetings (materials, slide deck, also make the summary of the meeting).
-Assist in managing company's program called "Entrepreneur Programme".
-Assist in coordinating event logistics, such as venues, catering, guest speakers, payment transactions.
Marketing Intern
-Assist partner in inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
-Assist in managing content marketing, SEO, growth marketing, press releases, and social media.
-Assist in creating valuable content for entrepreneurs, startups, and corporates.
-Assist in establishing the "Entrepreneurs Programme" brand as a startup ecosystem expert.
-Assist in managing SEO content strategy and promotion on social media
-Assist in managing the Entrepreneur Programme, including planning, development, and payment follow-up.
-Assist in supporting partners in other growth marketing projects.
-Assist in coordinating event logistics and providing creative content for marketing efforts.
Management Trainee Intern
-Rotate through different departments to learn all different company functions, policies, and staff duties.
-Assist in preparing documents related to secretarial and administrative matters.
-Participating in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.
-Assist in providing support to the management team with daily tasks and projects.

; Requirements:- Qualifications
-Preferably willing to work for 4 or 6 months.
-Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
-Previous experience in marketing, sales, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
-Knowledge and skill set in coordinating, developing, planning, and executing projects for social impact.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Good problem solving, organized, and detailed-oriented skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
