Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Gain hands-on data analysis experience, extracting and interpreting reports to develop valuable analytical skills.
Take charge of compliance through friendly reminders, developing organizational and interpersonal skills.
Update reference materials in a global knowledge base, enhancing digital literacy and cross-cultural understanding.
Assist in report management for Japan, gaining insight into global HR practices and expanding cultural awareness.
Proactively manage travel expenses by sending reminders for unused tickets, showcasing attention to detail and resource optimization.
Contribute to KPI analysis for quarterly reviews, gaining insights into performance evaluation and strategic planning.
Supporting Travel & Expense program development and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated from a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field (Travel or Tourism Management studies, hospitality, similar)
Knowledge in Microsoft tools especially Excel
Able to commit for a 5 to 6 months internship duration.
Prior internship experience working with travel agents & knowledge with travel codes and abbreviations is an added advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Ability to communicate in Chinese, Japanese, Korean language is an added advantage.
