Job Summary
As part of the Claims team, you will be exposed to and expected to support the operational efforts required to support new products/product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter claims data into the company's claims management system
- Review and verify the accuracy of entered data, ensuring that all fields are completed correctly
- Update and maintain databases with the latest claims information
- Cross-check and validate claim records to ensure consistency and completeness
System Testing:
- Assist in the testing of claims-related systems and software to identify bugs, errors, or issues
- Perform detailed tests on claims input, processing, and output to ensure system functionality
- Document testing results and work closely with the technical team to address and resolve issues
- Provide feedback on user interface and overall system usability based on testing results
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Key Requirements
Background in Business/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to learn, able to meet timelines set
Detail-oriented, able to solve problems
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
