Intern, Continuous Improvement (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
Gather production data (e.g., weight, machine downtime, electric motor specs) with the intention to drive material and labor productivity gain.
Perform Time Motion Study for Planned Daily Cleaning Process/Change Over.
Perform due diligence on the policy of Electricity Tariff vs PFI operations model to identify optimum tariff if any.
Perform due diligence on the policy of Solar Panel to understand technical feasibility of implementation and holistic impact to PFI.
Perform analysis to identify improvement opportunities and quantify cost-saving impact if any.
JOB REQUIREMENTSUndergraduate preferably in the final year of study in Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, Material, etc).
Strong communication skills in verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Team player, observant, eagerness to invest time at the production floor to learn and contribute, analytical.
