Position Responsibilities-Creative Motion Design: Knowlegable in motion design, ability to ideate and conceptualize design masthead into appealing motion graphic for Online and Offline materials-Creative Conceptualization: Key artwork and adaptations into 360 design materials including motion graphics and static visuals for use on Online and Offline items.-Trend Awareness: Ability to spot trends and contribute ideas for content editing and creation within a short turnaround time.-Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.-Interest in Production: Interest in learning about production shoots, storyboarding, and crafting compelling stories. Qualification and Experiences -Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with Premiere Pro is a plus.-A strong portfolio showcasing design work, creativity, and attention to detail.-Basic understanding of visual elements such as layout, typography, and color theory.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.-Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and feedback.-Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing trends is advantageous.  a Necessity, not a Luxury
