Intern Customer Service / Admin (Bukit Bintang, KL / Petaling Jaya, Selangor)Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations across Admin, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Liaise with transporters for outbound and inbound shipments.
Maintain accurate operation files and reports.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Answer chat and phone calls from customers.
Assist in answering any queries from other parties.
Requirements:
Pursuing adiploma or degree (minimum 3.0 CGPA) in Business Administration, Customer Service or related .
MUET score with minimum 4.0.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
