-Assist live hosts in setting up and running live-streamed sales events.


-Moderate and respond to audience comments and inquiries during live sessions.


-Track and manage product inventory during live sessions, ensuring accuracy.


-Help update and organize product information and images on our online platform.


-Support in preparing reports on live event performance, tracking engagement, and sales metrics.


-Engage with the audience to create a welcoming, interactive, and professional experience.


-Conduct routine administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining customer records.

-Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.


-Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia.


-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with an online audience effectively.


-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.


-Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).


-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during live events.


-Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about e-commerce and digital engagement.


-Prior experience in customer service, social media, or content moderation is a plus but not required.
