YOUR ROLE 
This role is required to :
Coordinate training program with internal (ST Employees-Muar, GBS, Muar-Sales & Marketing) and external stakeholders( training providers).
Follow up on external training program with Muar Top Management approval and HRD Corp Training Grant Approval.
Publish Monthly Training Hours report for internal stakeholders and  Monthly HRD Corp Reimbursement report for Finance.
Create a PR/PO related to training program.
Follow up and Publish status for local recognition program request.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor Degree in human resources, sciences or similar 
Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
English business proficiency
