We are thrilled to offer an exciting internship opportunity in the field of Human Resources.
The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on and practical experience in the HR functions within a retail pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.
), and screening resumes.
Help maintain recruitment-related databases.
Support HR team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.
Support HR team in organizing and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Collaborate with team members on special HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program (Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
Eager to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
