JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform assessment for financial and update for non-financial changes/amend policyholder's request.
To perform refund for Policy Benefits/Policy Servicing.
To update documents received by creating service in the system.
To perform administration work to deliver letters to agents and policyholders.
To perform quality work - meet company target and service standard.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Pursuing or possesses Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any fields of study.
Internship period is at least 3 - 4 months and above.
