Intern, Product (Go - To - Market)

Responsibilities:-Collaborate closely with the Product RandD team to support the entire product Go-to-Market (GTM) process from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Brand, etc.-Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics for both new and existing products, while monitoring post-launch feedback and insights.-Provide insights and recommendations on market positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiators.-Support ad-hoc projects such as process improvements, alternative ingredient analysis, menu offboarding, and other initiatives.-Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management, contributing to team success. Qualifications:-Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.-Strong interest in understanding and contributing to the product development and Go-to-Market process.-Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.-Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving; able to provide informed opinions on market trends and consumer insights.-Bonus: Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices related to product development and launches.a Necessity, not a Luxury
