As the Product Delivery Manager, you will work to ensure the engineering team's success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver.
You will support multiple cross-functional project teams and you should have the ability to prioritise and align engineering tasks to business priorities.
You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator with an ability to easily foster relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the CTO and Lead Engineers to identify delivery dependencies of proposed technology solutions.
Constantly look to identify impediments early, actively work to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies for multiple cross-functional product teams to remove impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver.
Manage and track cross team and project dependencies as they arise.
Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Track in-depth analytics on team velocity, performance and process management, analysing data to support project requirements and decision-making Work closely with the Product Leadership team to understand industry trends and regulatory changes that could affect product delivery.
Coach and mentor the Product Delivery team including Product Owners & Business Analysts Requirements Strong understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed and into the hands of customers.
Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics.
Good general understanding of the role of product owners, business analysts, engineers, quality assurance, dev-ops and how these roles interact in a project team environment.
At least 5 years of experience working in the engineering organisation of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban.
