Intern (Purchasing)

Responsibility We are looking for final year students who are interested in purchaisng role at retail industry for food/non food products. Candidates are required to assist Manager to complete following task:
Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Track orders and ensure timely delivery Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast Process payment arrangement, invoices and purchase orders Review stock reports, open orders and expedite reports Prepare related documentation Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in any field Strong organizational & time management skills Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Klang Final year students
