Position Responsibilities Talent Development - To support the Talent Management and Development Team with the end-to-end of Training Program Coordination from planning, scheduling to communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Involved in the upkeeping and enhancement of training records and data management.
- To compile and analyze data related to training and development activities.
- To support in the development and improvement of onboarding programs for new joiners.
- Act as liaison between employees and the Talent Management and Development team for any training related enquiries.
- To participate in any cross-functional projects to support organizational goals.
-To assist Talent Management and Development Team on any key projects at the HQ level.
-To assist in the Research Findings for Talent Management and Development.
-To engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for any administrative related matters.

-Active in extra curriculum with strong skills in project management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-A passion for Talent Management/Talent Development and keen interest in staging updates on industry trends.
-Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, project management and time-management skills.
-Valuable team player and able to work independently.
-Able to collect, analyze and interpret data.
-Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
-Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
